Church Programs
I’m excited to be introducing to you eight new church programs that we’re rolling out this year to a select group of churches. Each program is based on several decades of what we’ve learned as we’ve worked with the largest and fastest-growing churches in the country. These programs also have been informed by our extensive research into how to best address the top felt-needs of senior pastors and church leaders in churches of all stages and sizes. We trust there is something here for you!
Church Innovations
This program wasn’t completely my idea….
I was at a crossroads. So I asked my friend Rick Warren, What should I do in the next season of my life? Reflecting on the time I’d served on staff with him at Saddleback Church, Rick said, “You didn’t just help launch and lead our small-group ministry. Doing Church Remotely
The future of ministry is not 100% online or 100% on-campus. The LifeTogether Partnership will help you capitalize on these and other options. Going back to business as usual will mean leaving cards on the table. Opportunity lies well beyond an online church service. We are helping churches discover, develop, and design an essential part of their ministry moving forward. You will notice below numerous resources and strategies to capitalize on this moment. No matter the size of your church or your amount of resources, we have a program that can be developed for you.
Church Publishing
Currently, a church will pick one of the major consulting tracks and a handful of electives (outlined below) that they believe meets their current needs. After an initial assessment, we will develop a master calendar and strategic plan to systematically address these needs. We will then begin partnering through a series of dynamic and intentional conversations and settings, including online learning.

Through Sermon Curator, we partner with pastors like you and connects them to curated sermon series from around the world, series that we have helped churches across the country create.
Content Creator
Every church in America has discovered the power and potential of hosting an online service to deliver their weekend messages. Most churches are wanting to explore more and better ways to not only sustain their digital audience, but expand it exponentially. Isn’t it time to produce a more interactive, dynamic, and participatory church service? Producing your own online conversation service could not only help you better engage your existing congregation and your new online attenders, but also reach a regional, national, and global audience far beyond your local campus. In addition, it could be your introduction to a revolutionary new approach to small group ministry, social media campaigns, mid-week worship opportunities, church planting, and even launching micro-churches.
Doing Small Group Ministry Together
There is no simple solution to growing a healthy, balanced body of believers. However, a thriving small group ministry may be one of the best ways to fulfill the biblical purposes of the church—and solve many of the issues of evangelism and stewardship that can confound pastors.
Doing Small Group Ministry Together is a training partnership specifically designed for church leadership that is hoping to both start and sustain a healthy small group ministry. We are excited to share our learnings and best practices in retaining momentum for discipleship through a thriving small group ministry.
Digital Ministry Program
The Digital Ministry Program is more like a Digital Ministry Pastor role in a church. Here’s the description I wrote: The hot new position for churches since the onset of Coronavirus and quarantine is the Digital Ministry Pastor. While churches were social distancing and streaming online only worship services, many pastors discovered they were reaching a larger and broader audience online than they ever did in an on-campus weekend service. In the most innovative churches, not only did the worship service go online, but so did everything else: membership classes, Growth Track, counseling, support groups, visitor follow-up, and everything else. This started because it was essential, but stayed because it was effective.
